Looking at varying images at Deviant Art, and am impressed at all the talent that goes sadly unrecognized.  I do on occasion.  On my own self-instructional efforts, I've acquired a Wacom pad, hoping this will allow me to better cut out and work with images in PS.  Still a long road to go down, but for one who has no innate artistic skills, being able to make one's own images is a lofty goal.
